General Scheduling - Sharing Schedules
There are two views of your StadiumRoar website; the admin view, which is what you and other admins use, and then the public view, which is what everyone else uses. Learn more about the admin view vs. the public view.
In the admin view, you can add and edit events on your schedule. In the public view, however, events can be viewed, but cannot be updated. When sharing your schedule with organization participants, you need to share the public view, which is described below.
The Public View of Your Site
When people come to the public view of your site, the Membership box on your Home page will look slightly different than the Membership box in the admin view. To view your event schedule, people need to simply click the View Event Schedule link in the Membership box. They'll be taken to a read-only view of your schedule. They can view events in both the Traditional View and List Views, and can print your schedule, however, they can't update the events.
Getting People to the Public View of Your Site
Your site has its own unique public URL, in the form www.stadiumroar.com/organizationname. To get people to the public view of your site, all you need to do is share this URL with them. Learn more about spreading your public URL.
